Please ensure that you’ve checked all the measurements of a product before placing an order.

We accept returns only if notified within a day of receiving the product. You must send the item back to our return address at your own cost.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. You have 24 hours after receipt of the item to process a return request. HandMeDown has the sole discretion of whether to accept or reject a return request based on our policies framed from time to time.

We do not offer refunds. But we do offer store credit equivalent to the price of the product returned so that you can place another order on our website. This must be done within 6 months of receiving the store credit.

We cannot add a single size chart that encompasses all brands since our products come from various brands and sources. Please refer to the product measurements before placing an order.

The measurements mentioned on each product is the measurement of the product itself and not the body that it fits. Please double check all measurements before placing an order.

We do not offer returns on non-clothing items. Items that are on special sales or discounts are not eligible for returns.
